District of Central Saanich: FOI on the Senanus Water Main issue.


The District of Central Saanich:

  1. Provided documents regarding an FOI request for the existing water main on Senanus, and waived the fee for these documents.
  2. Refused to waive FOI fees in order to release documents for another FOI request for the same issue:

    “I note you have included a request to waive the fee under a “matter of public interest”; however, I do not feel there is sufficient argument provided that the requested documents fall within the scope of “public interest.”
