- The well servicing the private pipeline, on municipal land, does not have a well tag identifier, as required by the Ministry of Environment, but is located at:
- Degrees, Min, Sec: N 48° 35' 52'', W 123° 28' 18''
- Decimal Degrees: N 48.59775°, W 123..47172°
- MIXED: N 48° 35.865', W 123°, 28.303'
- The agreement for the private watermain states that it is for the "sole benefit" of the owner - 480 Senanus drive. Rumours that this water main also serves neighboring properties have not been verified.
