CSWVA has referred to District initiatives aimed at solving Senanus problems, as "evil".
CSWVA regards a watermain as the only solution:
"The solution is straightforward, not revolutionary, and would deliver safe quantities of water to the area in the same manner that 99% of Greater Victoria residents enjoy today." CSWVA Letter to CRD, May 2001
CSWVA insisted that Council remove the requirement for Restrictive Covenants, which Council wanted in order to proceed with the project, to ensure that Development concerns were addressed.
